Character Design
I create character designs based on the customers request and thrive to make my work as close to their vision as possible.
3D Modeling
Recently I’ve been building my 3D modeling skills. I enjoy creating props such as weapons or furniture, and I love creating cozy interior environments.
Graphic Design
I currently work at Northern Illinois University creating graphics of a variety of subjects to be used at athletic events, games, and various NIU events.

about me
Hello! I'm Mika!
I'm an artist based in Rockford, Illinois. I currently work in graphic design and broadcasting, and I am passionate about creating many different kinds of art. I've worked freelance making logos and designs with small businesses, and created many character design commissions and portraits.
I have a strong background in traditional art like painting, graphite drawing, and inking, but I’m currently very passionate about digital art such as 3D hard surface modeling, character design, 2D animation, and graphic design.
In May 2024, I graduated with honors, and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Time Arts at the College of Visual and Performing Arts at Northern Illinois University.
